I'd never give my children rhyming or versions of the one same name. Examples from real life include; twins Joey and Zoey, and sisters born eight years apart, Melissa and Melinda. Grew up with sisters Lisa and Elizabeth (lisa is Italian for Elizabeth). And I'd never go the all same first letter name pattern for multiple children. I knew a family - let's call them the Harrisons; mom Hazel, dad Harvey and children were Helen, Heather and Heidi. Awful.
Lisa is actually a nickname for Elizabeth. The Italian version of Elizabeth is Elisabetta. I know families where the mom or grandmother is Elizabeth and the child is Lisa. I also know a family where they switch back and forth between John and Jack over the generations: so dad is John, son is Jack, grandson is John, and so on.
