Seriously? 
This says so much more about you than the people going. Not everyone has instagram. Nor does everyone plan family events for the sole purpose of posting on social media. You might want to look up from YOUR OWN SCREEN once in awhile and see whats going on.

We actually go apple picking and make a day of it as a fun family outing, and **gasp**, actually do it because we enjoy it. If we get a few good pics, cool. Maybe they make it onto a christmas card? End of story. [/quote]

Nope. Not defensive at all.  just seriously irritated at the thought that people can't still just enjoy a weekend in the country at a farm as a family without some jackass saying we aren't politically socially responsible, just so they can seem so.  :roll:  :roll: The "socially woke" one-upmanship is just a little grating at times.

Carry on, we are headed to apple picking this morning. :)
