As Senators Biden and Clinton has 1/100 of the power in this situation as Bush, so they get 1/100 of the responsibility.

You're wrong for a very simple reason.

It was Biden and Clinton (and many others) who voted to give Bush the power to launch a war.

No vote, no war.

That's at least 50/50 responsibility.[/quote]
