If you want your kid to eventually graduate out of VDA/PWSI - you will need better training than HP Elite.  Why else would HP "elite" cater to the little kids?  The older kids "out skill" the coaches by the time they are 11 or 12.  You won't see top level players wasting their time training there.  You can justify it to yourself any way you want but you know what is true by just watching the kids.   And Quan is a little kid coach at best.
