If we are talking about the ubiquitous homeless folks, odd ball neighbors, and the like than there is no way to get them committed and if the streets pre-emptively.[/quote] Threat to themself or others is the rub. I have walked by people on the street shouting "you're gonna die" or "I'm gonna kill you". How do YOU interpret that? Current law certainly looks the other way, youre right [/quote]
