You don't need proof. That is what the investigation establishes. You just need a prima facie case. It has nothing to do with her being brown. It has to do with her giving campaign money to a guy she was banging, when the wife is saying she has information to show that he was not working when he said he was, they were just boning. I'd be concerned about any politician of any color giving campaign money to somone they are hooking up with if there is evidence that the consultant was only "working it" between the sheets.
