Please tell us, in detail, exactly how you know what his wife and children "know" or "have known."

Are you a family member?  Are you a therapist or other professional health care provider to a member of the Trump family? Are you their next door neighbor, Melania's high school bestie, or some other person who we are supposed to believe has intimate knowledge of this?

What you are stating is your little opinion, which, frankly is worthless, unless you tell us and convince us who you are and why we should listen to you.
