The coincidence is that Chicago Baltimore and Detroit are surrounded by neighboring areas where it's super easy to get guns. So whatever their problems are that promote violence, whether they be poverty, gangs whatever, they have easy access to guns from places that do not have strict gun laws. And therefore more GUN violence. Gun laws in Chicago are meaningless if you can go next door and have an easy flow of guns into the city. How do you not see this?[/quote]
