If you woke up tomorrow morning and found that you were in Iraq and suffering from diabetes, how long do you think you would survive. You would have no home, no money, no one to whom you can turn for help, and no ability to speak the local language. I doubt he just woke up in Iraq without any warning and suddenly became aware of his condition. Surely he had deportation hearings and deportation date set over a period of years. He knew where he was being deported to.[/quote]

What could he have done during that time to have changed his circumstances? Do you think he wanted to be living on the street in Iraq without access to medical attention? Do you think the was just a lack of planning or something he planned for some crazy reason?
