The only problem is the teardowns are here and they are asking 1.2 million, which really changes the character of the neighborhood. Not a fan of the school, but the neighborhood is great. Its one of the few where you see people walking day and night, kids playing outside, playgrounds heavily used, and has a great family feel. [/quote]
