For example, compare the Great Schools ratings of Rocky Run, Franklin, and Carson, as well as their test scores. Then take into consideration that Frankkin has far fewer AAP students, but still had equivalent, if not higher on some tests, scores to Rocky Run and Carson. That's also the case at some other schools across the county. I'd consider some of those schools to be far more than just decent.[/quote]
