What are you +1'ing?  People who purchased EOTP did it knowingly -- knowing that DCPS is set up with a lottery and OOB feeder rights.  You're the ones trying to change horses midstream and accuse anyone who gets wet of being a fool who should never have been given a saddle in the first place.
