I think Shep used his money for various real estate investments. That’s why Thomas said he gets “mailbox money” a few seasons ago. He also really seems to have a low key lifestyle outside of the property he buys. Unlike Katherine and her used Bentley...

I don’t see Katherine going to college and ever being a desk worker. She is still doing a fair bit of modeling and does a lot of social media work for Gwyn’s or whatever that store is called. I do think she needs to make better financial decisions.[/quote]
