Not the PP, but I have lived in both.  I still have family in NoVa.  It is not nearly as bad.  They are not a sanctuary state/county.  They have a lot of middle eastern immigrants.  They are mostly legal and most are educated or actually take education seriously.  It is night and day. [/quote]
