This stat says 700,000 since 1981. I had no idea the number, I definitely imagined it to be more. The infection rates today are still staggering.

The poster took it upon themselves to mention USA deaths because the original topic did not specifically mention USA deaths only. The original topic said millions died. Death has no boundaries. Death is equal opportunity for everyone regardless of your country of origin. [/quote]
