The fact is, you are not paying for anyone else’s Social Security – everyone that works pays for their own Social Security as a payroll tax, and the amount you receive upon retirement depends entirely on the amount you pay in. So someone who stays home and does not pay Social Security taxes will receive less than you upon retirement. Obviously whatever job you have doesn’t require much of an intellect. [/quote]
