[/quote] No they don't do exit interviews but they do provide an exit survey. But I will say as a family that left, they knew why we did so. There were issues during the year and we discussed with the admin a few times. I would guess that happens in many cases so an exit interview would be redundant. They do reach out personally to current families who they aren't already engaged with on any ongoing issues that don't resign a contract for the next year. [/quote]
