As an in-state graduate, what I always says is, "Michigan is not a state school, it is a school that gives a discount to people who live in Michigan". When you are at almost 50% OOS, it makes you wonder. In fact, this percentage is a big point of contention as some outstanding in-state candidates get rejected.[/quote]
