Asians barely affect MoCo scores. They represent only 14% of the students body of 159,000.
Asians represent 21% of the students body in HoCo of just only 55, 000.  They significantly affect HoCo scores , lot more so.

The great HoCo with the higher Asian percentage can barely manage to have 1 school in the top 10, while MoCo has 4.
They have 2 schools in the top 20, while MoCo has 8
They have 3 schools the top 30, while MoCo has 11
And this is where HoCo should have had the advantage (rankings on paper) because on the field performances, academy competitions,  MCPS crushes HoCo.
