So maybe stop parking illegally?[/quote] This is really a dumb idea. Creates disputes between neighbors and random people that can escalate to something bad. What about the driver who stops for 3 minutes to buy something at the store and who parks illegally for those 3 minutes. A busy body who has nothing else to do decides to ticket that person. [/quote]
