Our system of private property and tolerance of obscene wealth for some while others have little, hangs by a very thin thread. These folks have every right to live how they live and ask for what they want.
Just like you have every right to envy and covet what others work for. Nice how you've made your philosophy match your work ethic. Funniest post of the month. Yeah, the practice of private property ownership is going away. Gotcha.
Just like you have every right to mistakenly assume those of us who support the distribution of wealth are poor, but you would be wrong. Some of us who think this way have had all the trappings of wealth and education you have, but have grown up to realize these things are not bringing happiness. We find joy in practicing what we preach; by giving away resources. If you don’t like it, fine, you won’t stop us. But it is a HUGE mistake to assume all People who support greater social safety nets are Gen-Z, poverty-level-living, AOC clones because we are not.
No one is trying to stop what you believe. You can be envious of every single person on the planet. No problem. I'm curious about this "thin thread" our system hangs by. People can ask for things... doesn't mean anyone has to provide them, right?
