This and I would be very upset that she couldn’t find a teacher.  I would set up and conference to ask about how kids on the playground are supervised.  Let them know you will explain to your daughter the rules.  But she’s three - no punishment for the first time.[/quote]

You really need to set up a meeting with the director.

The peeing is secondary and of little importance. I would want to know why the children were unsupervised long enough for her to not be able to find a teacher, then take off her pants, then pee and put her clothes back on without any teacher in sight. This sounds unsafe and I would be concerned about other regulations they may be violating.
