A 1-day a week jobis not a priority.[/quote] You rotated through several nannies because you didn’t want to pay the 10hours of OT? Maybe you can’t afford a nanny. It amazes me that so many people fee entitled to have a nanny that they end imup with subpar/rotating nannies. Find a decent daycare and move on with life. For everyone else, offer what you can and see what you get. You won’t know any better anyway, so I’m sure you’ll be happy. As for me, I don’t work with families from Care and my experience and references allow me to make a living wage. Yes, I am better than the college kid you hired, just as I am better than I was when I was a college kid working as a nanny. [/quote]
