That is such a load of crap. Obama did nothing. His stated strategy was "strategic patience."  You are so off on this.  It is not an easy thing to do--to simply convince another country to give up its arms.  I am not saying Trump has succeed or is succeeding but he is trying.  Obama literally did NOTHING.  [/quote]

Bush tried.  Clinton tried.  Obama did nothing.  Read this timeline.  The activities shift between 2008 and 2016.  Before 2008 the US and UN and S Korea are active.  That picks up again in 2017.  But between 2008 and 2016 N Korea is practically unbridled.  And Obama.  Strategically Patient.[/quote]
