I agree in principle. But I really sincerely doubt the Kushners would have invested $1.1 billion in the DMV area if Jared wasn't living here with his wife. I think its been an important factor since he's here on the ground and apparently sees the potential of the area and has been/will be living here long-term (whether that means 4 years or 8 years). And that's me just being honest. [/quote]
