No.  We really do.  We work with ARC. They are the people who manage the coffee stations on each floor, they clean the offices when a new employee leaves/starts, they deliver mail, they deliver food and drinks for meetings, they prep and clean conference rooms, they man the mail room desk sometimes, etc.[/quote]

I worked for a large defense contractor that did this, too.  It was bothersome at times, because one of the things they were hired for (as mentioned) was cleaning offices.  They would do this during the day, rather than at night or after normal working hours as is more standard in many offices.  The disturbing part was that it didn't matter what you were doing (meeting, conference call or presentation with client), the cleaning team would come in and start vacuuming, cleaning, etc.  So very little ability to discern appropriate timing, or to just skip, go to next office, then come back.  Could be really frustrating and annoying.[/quote]
