Here is everything you need to know about the irrationality of this never-ending thread with "Charter BAD" people in a feedback loop. There's a legitimate conversation to be had about charters, compensation, executive compensation, oversight, etc. But as long as you people keep up this type of behavior we won't have to have that conversation, because you destroy your credibility merely by opening your mouths.
