We love to celebrate too fast too much! :D But, now that you remind me how hard I had to work, I am re-evaluating your point and thank you. You are great. On a side note, I just tried a 15 hour fast and lost another lb. So, I am down to 173 from 180 now. Additional lessons learned for those who are overweight like me: 1. Documenting daily food intake and weighing yourself make major difference. 2. Never consider advice such as 'you need to see a therapist'. You really need to develop self awareness. 3. I am drinking 5 cups of water a day but I strongly feel that 8 cups of water is a minimum requirement for anybody trying to lose weight. 4. I have been walking or running a mile a day for last 8 days. 5. Consistency is key. 6. Consider not eating from 8pm to 8am. 7. Mint is the super food you want to consider along with Green Tea. I am seriously evaluating fasting for 12 to 15 hours a day for the next five days. [/quote]
