[/quote] Shi* rises to the top. Bad principal's get "promoted" to Gatehouse. Everyone else is so out of touch with actual teaching. The lessons they make are comical. FCPS has way to many "teaching" positions for people who don't actually teach. Biggest waste of county money by far is Gatehouse and instructional coaches.[/quote]
