Right now, in the middle of the afternoon on a day schools are closed as are many businesses, google maps says it will take 23 minutes. At 4 am it would probably be 20. During rush at least 40. It is not 10 minutes unless you are in a helicopter. If you are going to try to hype an area, it helps to at least remotely stick to reality. [/quote]
