OP should stop trying to fight the test results. I've seen parents persist with putting their DC into an academic environment that the test scores say isn't the right fit, and then DC struggles and is unhappy. There are lots of great independent schools in this area. Stop obsessing about whether they have the most rigorous cohort. Your DC will be fine if you just trust the process.[/quote]
