That’s a flat out lie. You have to complete a rigorous program at the minimum of a master’s degree level with stringent requirements. Read the education requirements.

Also, there are different categories of midwives. I am not sure the OP is actually comparing the practitioners now legally allowed to perform abortions with tattoo artists, because that is not specified in the link given. it is, however, specified in the bill itself.[/quote]
