That’s the point, it’s up to the police to enforce the speed limit not vigilantes who piss off crazy people and then cry about it on DCUM.  Unless you are PASSING you cannot hangout in the left lane.  It’s not a suggestion, has nothing to do with speed limit, and you don’t get to choose which laws you follow.  Either obey them all (no speeding, no camping out in left lane) or don’t but don’t complain about pissing people off. [/quote]
