I think he really has an uphill battle, and I don't think he'll win much support going this route...especially if it results in larger classes or impacts students. The reality is there are far more voters who care about the impact on their kids than the impact on unions or ancillary county services. If they can cut $25 mil without increasing class size, then that speaks volumes about mcps "waste."
