PLEASE people don’t let the only argument or comment you have after seeing this documentary be “I blame the parents” or “but he been like that.” This world is so sad! The only thing that should be said now is “how do we get justice” or “how can I support the Me Too movement.” How can we stop monsters like this from continuing to hurt women!!!? First thing you can do is stop listening/buying/steaming his music. No need to fund and or support this nasty MFer. Sit down and teach your kids that there are monsters like him everywhere and how to identify if someone may be in a similar situation.
The problem is that even with this knowledge, I don't think it speaks louder than fame and fortune. Parents and desperate teens will still turn a blind way, do mental gymnastics and accept some inappropriateness if they are lured with money and fame. The general public can tut tut but really that does little. I think the best outcome is for industry insiders to act - between this and metoo, hopefully over time there is a shift as to what is supported in the industry, what is kept quiet. That people will speak out when they see bad behavior, stop working with the bad guys, and put better polices in place to protect the young and vulnerable. It is a very corrupt and unhealthy industry
