You need to look into adjuvant therapies (additional shit that's not fully proven but may help, because you're in the Hail Mary situation after 12 IVFs, frankly speaking). Some examples of these include: HGH, metformine, prednisone/dexamethasone, antibiotic, clexane, starting stims with Clomid or Femara instead of injections for 5 days, to name a few. You can also look at HLA matches with your husband, and testing immune issues. Out of local doctors only Abbasi is willing to think outside the box. Seriously, dicking around with Menopur dose is kinda ridiculous at this stage of the game, to be blunt.[/quote]
