The couple was amazing! They happened to have a name that just doesn't work well for a SCHOOL. And it really doesn't work in combination with Washington, or any other name really. Man, maybe they should've let Bernie Bern be on the committee. [/quote]

No one said anything about whether they were or were not amazing. It makes no sense to name the school after them. No connection to Arlington.

This is all outrageous. We don’t want it named after Robert E Lee. But we are still okay with slave owners, so Washington stays. And we want to save some money because this whole thing is a waste of money, so we a “L” name to go with Washington. Totally ridiculous. How about Washington and the Losers, after the entire South that lost the civil war. Good way to remind people. [/quote]
