I’m a man and I could literally show up and vote as my female neighbor becatse it. Would violate law to question gender identity
When she came to vote, you'd be discovered and they'd toss your ballot. Conversely, if you came saying you were her but she'd already voted, they'd deny you.
We're in MD. Someone has been voting using my husband's information for the past several elections. He is always made to vote provisionally. Why do you think if she came after him, he'd "be discovered" and his ballot would be tossed? Why wouldn't they have her vote provisionally, like they do my husband?
Report it and his voter record will be flagged as ID needed. You can see if it's flagged that way here: https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/VoterSearch
