I think this is something the state can do something about and give those out for free. The state gives out so much money for so many other things the least they can do is be able to provide identification cards for those who can’t afford it? Even with the person’s basic name photo birthday ( for those who are homeless ). Does anybody know why this can’t be an option ?[/quote]
