This is assuming that the only reason someone would use cannabis is to "get high"  :roll: 
What about people who use for chronic pain relief? Or as an anxiolytic?  The drugs "approved" to use in breastfeeding for those conditions are few and far between...and usually the consensus is that if the benefits to the mother outweigh the potential risks to the baby, they are recommended. Why should cannabis be any different? [/quote]

You seem to have mixed up breastfeeding with pregnancy.
