He seems more like Charles every day in personality. Charles was an awkward child who only managed to blossom into a somewhat self-assured man in his late 50s with his new wife constantly by his side.

William was an extraordinarily handsome teen but I have never heard anyone call him charismatic or charming or a gifted public official. I think he and Charles are just alike, especially as William grows older and more recalcitrant.[/quote]
