[/quote] Actually, they've posted the opposite. Retakes don't help the student learn the material sooner, but they help them learn the material eventually. As a society, we need to determine if the goal of school is to educate kids on subjects, or to grade/rank/compare kids for college. It's very difficult to merge the two.[/quote]
