It’s not that implausible. Imagine a neighborhood without curbs/sidewalks. They’re probably pulling over and going too far on the grass. This happens a lot around school bus stop where lots of people need to get there at the same time and they don’t want to block the street. [/quote]

This is exactly it. But if they just stayed on the street, they wouldn't block anything. There's plenty of room for cars to get by and visibility is great. We only have a dozen houses on our court and at most there only needs to be two cars waiting for the bus because we just dont have many families with school aged children that live here. [/quote]
