Accurate.  And in some jurisdictions, it's actually against the policy for a male officer to transport even a sober female.  They're taught to detain and keep them in front of the camera at all times so no false claims can be made until a female officer arrives.

It's the reverse for a female officer arresting a male, as well.  Every police org I've worked with has had these rules in place for at least the last decade or so.  Males transport males, females transport females.   [/quote]
