Just do it [/quote] I'm the poster from 1/10 and for me it was horribly painful so the only way I could do it myself was if I injected it into my thigh. I did it once and then walked with a limp so I was done with that. I'm glad so many others were able to do it themselves but for those who already find it painful when their partner does it, doing it yourself won't make it better. When I had to travel for work I hired a nurse who came to the hotel and did it for me.[/quote]
