Something similar happens to me too.  I'll think I see a friend walking towards me, and I'll start waving and saying hello.  Then that person will be about 5 feet in front of me and I'll realize that's not my friend, but someone else who doesn't even look like my friend.  Then I'll turn a corner and actually see the friend I thought I had just seen.  It's like I'm hallucinating seeing the person before I actually see them.  This happens to me all the time.  Anyone else have this experience?[/quote]
