I wouldn’t date a guy who is under 5’ and all my shorty girlfriends won’t either.

Sorry, but this made me laugh ? It’s true though. I’m 5’3” and already there are girls in 4th grade who are my height or taller. My MIL is 4’11 and my 8 year old is 4’8”. She produced my 6’1” husband so one never knows about genes...[/quote]

OP here I actually think this might be part of my issue. I used to work with children some not much shorter than he is. He is short and also very slim.  His face is manly but maybe to my mind  his build is too childish.[/quote]
