I kept waiting for the weight loss. And it’s not like I preplaced those calories. I can’t understand it. Maybe it’s a mental trick, but I feel my body looked more fit when I was drinking my high calorie and high alcohol IPAs. I think the real trick is not WHAT you cut out. It’s that you just eat fewer calories and exercise vigorously. [/quote]
