Vikram is an Indian name. His mother talks dresses and acts like an Indian mother. Overbearing, no boundaries, stocking his fridge with Indian dishes, passive aggressively treating his middle aged white girlfriend badly as she thinks her son can do so much better.

It is confusing. The actor playing Vik has an Egyptian dad. The actress playing his mother is Indian. Vikram is an Indian name. But they talk about immigrating from Beirut. Maybe he is half middle eastern and half indian? [/quote]
