NP here: I strongly disagreed on that too, but what if the question had asked "our culture and set of institutions has many superior qualities, compared to other cultures and sets of institutions."

I'd strongly agree with that. It's not racist to acknowledge, for example, that Haiti is a disaster as a country.[/quote]
